For several decades, climate change issues have emerged as most critical and challenging ones for global society. This class examines political and economic consequences caused by global warming and climate change. Causal linkage between carbon emissions and climate change, recent development in international discussions and conflict of interest will be followed by risks and opportunities the Republic of Korea faces.
